Kendal Calling continue to add to sold out festival


It’s boasts one of the best line-ups of the summer festival season and the festival fans obviously think so, as this year’s Kendal Calling has again sold out! It’s 3 days and nights of fun in the fields in the beautiful Lake District, Loweth Deer Park. They keep adding new bands to the already jam packed schedule with Lightning Seeds and Little Comets being amongst the newest.

Other names performing across the weekend include Dizzie Rascal, James, Maximo Park, The View, Feeder, Tribes and Spector. Kendal Calling areas and arenas include: Main Stage, GLoW dance tent, Calling Out New Music Stage, Chai Wallahs in the Kaylied Area, Soapbox, Kids Area, Kendal Calling Real Ale Festival tent, Garden of Eden, Village Green, Happy Slap Boutique, Riot Jazz, Houseparty, Sailor Jerry’s, Songsmith solar stage, and new for 2012; Kopparberg Kube, Forest Stage and Tim Peak’s Diner brought to you Tim Burgess from the Charlatan’s

Although all tickets to this year’s Kendal Calling are now gone, organisers continue to work with some of the UKs best promoters to book more amazing acts & ensure that this year’s revellers enjoy an action packed show! The Calling Out tent has been curated by ITB (International Talent Booking) on Friday to bring some of the hottest new bands to the stage.
