The Enemy reveal taster track from new album

The Enemy are back with their eagerly anticipated 4th Studio album ‘IT’S AUTOMATIC‘ due for release on 9th October. The band return to Warner records with whom they released debut album all the way back in 2007. Fans can get a taste of what is to come with “DON’T LET NOTHING GET IN THE WAY” being released by the band as a teaser track.

“We’ve been working on it for a long time,” says front man Tom. “It’s a fucking great record. It was difficult to make but not in a bad way. To people who are still living in 2007 it’ll be a shock but to us it’s a natural progression.”

I sat Andy down and said, ‘Mate, I don’t wanna make another Enemy record. I’m bored. We’ve nailed what we do, I wanna go and do solo stuff and make music like the music I listen to.’ And he said, ‘So do I.’ So we decided to take a leap of faith together.” Tom warns that there’s a possibility people won’t get it. “But the songs are some of the best I’ve ever written, the production is brilliant and you have to put the fear behind you,” he says, with defiance.

All previous three Albums have charted in the Top Ten, with debut album ‘We’ll Live And Die In These Towns’ reaching number 1 and going double platinum! They’ve won numerous awards and headlined many stages across the UK, rapidly selling out venues and gaining a solid live following.

The boys have also have a string of UK gigs coming up in November, inlcuding – The Ritz, Manchester (17th Nov), Forum, London (20th Nov) & Leadmill, Sheffield (28th Nov). Tickets go on pre-sale 9am Wednesday and Full sale on Friday 9am.
